• We consider everything we did was a "must do"! Watching windsurfers at Ho'okipa Beach (after 11am), Everything on the Road to Hana (get a CD tour), Old Lahaina Luau, Iao VAlley (make sure it is sunny), Maui Tropical Plantation (great place for lunch), Sugar Museum, Baldwin Beach, Maui Film Festival, driving along the coast (everywhere!), Haleakala National Park, a good smoothie at Hana Juice Co in Paia, breakfast at Charleys, dinner at Caffe Olei in Kihei, and eating right here on the lanai! • Great cottage! Great location for windsurfing! Fab Views... Very well appointed with music, videos, nice kitchen, nice towels, Internet. • This is a great cottage! Especially enjoyed that the kitchen was fully equipped - had everything we needed - and the laundry facilities complete with detergent. This truly was a "Home away from home". Thanks for the wi-fi! In addition to the hiking and driving we did, we went to a magic show over in Lahaina -Warren and Annabelle's. Though we felt Annabelle a bit hokey, the magicians were great - very funny! Had a great stay. Thanks! (February 2008). Favorite Restaurant: Mama's Fish House, Kula Lodge, eating here on deck. Favorite Activity: Hiking the crater at Haleakala, seeing the shoreline at the end of Nahiku road (on the road to Hana).
• 1st time on Maui - We loved exploring this island. Stayed a few days in Kaanapali, then switched to this location to see the rest of the island. Great weather, perfect location, very comfortable cottage with everything we needed.... Hated to leave this beautiful place! (February 2008). Favorite Restaurant: Grazing at Mana's. Then cooking here. Favorite Activity: Driving/Hiking.
• We had a wonderful time the climate didn't help, but we did all the activities we planned. It was like another honeymoon for us. The house is perfect. • Great place to get away from the hectic LA life! Love the view and the beaches. We needed a place to "hide out" for a while and veg and this place gave us that opportunity and Pumpkin helped ease the pang of homesickness and missing our cats! (July 2007). • Our stay felt too short, but we had a wonderful time and absolutely love your guest cottage!! Pumpkin the cat is also adorable. The location of your home is perfect for exploring the whole island, from Haleakala to Hana to the Kahekili Highway (worth the drive!!). We'll spread the word, and we'll be back someday, we hope. • Dear Valerie, the guest house is absolutely charming, magnifique! The views and fresh ocean breeze, the landscaping of bamboo, coconut trees, birds of paradise and sunflowers creates an absolute paradise. Mahalo for your kindness and hospitality. We will be back to visit very soon. We would like to recommend theses places in Paia for future guests : 1. Mana Foods! Very affordable, excellent selection of food and drinks. 2. • What an adorable cottage at an amazing location. We loved the location and beautiful view from the patio - close to a bunch of great beaches, shops, and restaurants. • We love our stay. The view from this cute cottage is simply breath-taking. We enjoyed the "central" location of Paia to everywhere. It made going to each destination relaxing. • After a ten hour flight, two wrong turns and a blue roof that is impossible to see in the dark we made it here - paradise. Maui has been an experience I will never forget, the residents are just as beautiful as the land. • We would not have changed a thing about our trip to Maui. The cottage was absolutely perfect - great views, very well appointed with all the comforts of home, easy access to the beach, and proximity to charming Paia. • Mahalo Valerie. The cottage was everything we wanted it to be -personal, spacious, well appointed & decorated, away from the hustles bustle yet convenient to everything. Waking up to the ocean & its beauty is the only way to go. As my husband said "everything just led to another", recommendation to visit the surf shop, snorkeling then a surfing lesson, more snorkeling at the aquarium, our drive to Hana around the island then upcountry. • Our stay was very short, but tried to make the most of the time. My last visit was over 20 years ago and stayed in Kaanapali area. I think I preferred Paia (could be the age difference). We especially preferred the "close" proximity to Hana and Haleakala National Park. The town of Paia is great and especially Mana Foods. This is such a pleasant cottage with all the necessary and extra amenities. Mahalo/Merci. (February 2004)

• Our time here was extremely wonderful. We wanted to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. We found the perfect place here.
